We respect your time and ask that you return the courtesy. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. All late cancellations and no-shows will incur a $50 fee.

We deliver the best care at the most reasonable cost to our valued patients. All payments are due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements are made in advance.

We accept most dental insurance plans for your convenience and are happy to submit your claims, please contact us to verify your coverage.

We accept most PPO insurance and CHIP: Aetna, Local 98, Delta Dental, Cigna, Unum, Unicare, LEHB, Fidelio, United Concordia, United Concordia CHIP, Ameritas, MetLife, Humana, United Health Care, Dentaquest and Dentamax.

Please call our office if you do not see your insurance on the list. 

We are also pleased to accept cash, Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Cherry. For major treatments, our team will work with you to develop a payment plan.
